Principal Responsibilities:

l Closely follow the market practice on benefits, constructively develop and implement the C&B policies/processes which is in alignment with corporate guidance and local market environment, and also supportive to the cost control goals.
l Standardize and centralize C&B process/policy, including domestic relocation process, job evaluation, SOP of payroll, job data change, etc.
l Analyze market data and recommend appropriate C&B plan, including salary review program, performance management program, annual bonus plan and option program.
l Improve existing pay structure and grading system to ensure external competition and internal equity. 
l Provide professional C&B consultancy with management team among different BU under compliance environment.

Requirements:

l More than 6 years experience in C&B job, have C&B program implementation experience.
l Experience in Multinational group, experience in internet industry is a plus
l Strong communication skills and excellent execution skill
l Can work under great pressure.
l Bachelor Degree or above
